Additionally, there are two spacious living room areas, a home theater, a pool and hot tub, a BBQ area, a fully-equipped kitchen and bar, and ample indoor and outdoor seating for 10 guests.
On the top floor, you'll find the primary suite, which offers a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a mini refrigerator, a bath and shower, a walk-in closet, and stunning ocean views. The primary suite also includes a private lanai, a private bath, a sprawling lanai with a large telescope for stargazing, and an office area with a TV. Another bedroom on the top floor, known as the Jr. Suite, features a king-size bed, a mini refrigerator, an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower, and a lanai with ocean views.
The lower level of the property offers a large bedroom with two queen beds, a roman bath, a steam room, a laundry room, and access to the estate grounds. The bedroom also has a private bath for added convenience.
A range of amenities are available for guests to enjoy, including a golf cart for convenient transportation, a hot tub, a pool, an indoor sauna, and a theater for entertainment. Guests also have the option to access the amenities of the nearby Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Westin Hapuna Hotel for an additional fee.
