NICOLE TOMLINSON
Nicole Tomlinson began her real estate career in 2004 at American Invsco, a large condominium developer, where she worked in its West Coast acquisition division. After successfully acquiring large apartment developments, she joined Scripps Resources International, Inc., a boutique real estate firm in Las Vegas. While at Scripps Resources International, Inc., between 2006 and 2008, Nicole closed over $600 million in real estate transactions. In June 2012, Nicole joined
Northcap as the President of the company. Nicole oversaw the residential division of the company and in 2014 her duties included Director of Sales at Palms Place Condominiums, which was the number one selling high-rise building in Las Vegas. She was responsible for selling over $50 million in sales from 2014-2016.
Nicole was ranked #39 out the top 250 agents for 2016, personally selling over $25 million. In January of 2017, Nicole decided to direct her efforts towards solely selling luxury real estate and joined forces with The Ivan Sher Group, an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
