Kyra has been a licensed real estate agent in Hawaii since January 2013. During that time, she has been involved in transactions ranging from small studio condos to large acreage, from yurts to mansions, and everything in between. Real estate is not only her career, but also her passion. Kyra has personally owned an equally wide range of properties in Hawaii including several condos, a 20 acre macadamia nut farm, single-family homes, and vacant lots. Owning these properties provided Kyra with hands-on experience in Hawaii agriculture, catchment water, rental properties, the County of Hawaii permitting process, condo boards, and much more.
Kyra has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri – Kansas City, and a Master of Legal Studies from Arizona State University. When she isn’t out showing homes or hosting open houses, she can be found updating her website: BigIslandForeclosures.com, or working in her garden. She is also a board member at Alii Lani and is a committee member with the West Hawaii Association of Realtors®.
