Rick Hilton, Co-founder and Chairman of Hilton Hilton, is a renowned real estate developer and investor with over three decades of experience in the luxury residential market. Hilton headed the building of 10 of the 13 luxury estates and brokered all 13 sales, with celebrities, such as Tom Brady and Dr. Dre, residing in the development.
Hilton has also been involved in some of the most expensive real estate transactions in the world. He represented both the buyer and seller in the 2011 record-breaking sale of the Spelling Manor for $85 million. In 2014, he represented the buyer of the Fleur de Lys estate, a French-style chateau in Beverly Hills that was listed for $125 million. The sale, which closed for $102 million, broke the previous record for the highest-priced home sold in Los Angeles County at the time. That same year Hilton sold Doheny Estate at 475 Bel Air Road for $34 million, making it the largest sale in Bel Air for the year.
Hilton’s real estate achievements continued with pinnacle sales of the Owlwood Estate in Holmby Hills in 2016 for $85 million, and in 2018, where Hilton represented Oak Tree Capital in the largest sale of dirt in Malibu for 5 lots. In 2019, Hilton secured the highest sale in Los Angeles for Chartwell Estate for $150 million, where he represented the seller. Hilton also represented the seller for The Enchanted Hill, a sprawling 120-acre property presenting views from Downtown Los Angeles all the way to the ocean, which sold for $64.9 million in 2020.
